Cancellation Policy

At Nutricity Austria We strive to process and ship your orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. Please read our cancellation terms and conditions carefully.

Cancellation period

  • Orders can within 24 hours after the task is cancelled.

  • If your request within 24 hours and before shipping the order goes into detail, we will refund you the full amount to the original payment method.

After 24 hours

  • After 24 hours, the order is usually already processed or prepared for shipping.
  • A cancellation after this period may no longer be possible.
  • You can however the Decline delivery acceptance, when the package arrives.
  • Once the rejected shipment is in original condition if you return it to us, we will refund it Product price, less than shipping costs.

Important Notes

  • Refunds will be processed exclusively to the original payment methodwhich was used in the order.
  • Shipping costs are not refundable, if the cancellation occurs after 24 hours or the delivery was refused.
  • Is the returned item not in its original condition, can a Processing or reloading fee attack.
